Training
Understanding and self-reliance, for a world that keeps changing.
We rent intelligence, storage, networks and compute. The most important lasting asset we own is our knowledge. Training in AI, knowledge management, marketing, and identity and data helps people and teams build that knowledge, keep it in systems they control, and put it to work. Human in control, AI in the loop: because we are all becoming managers. For executives, leadership teams, professionals and students, from a single keynote to multi-month programs and 4-, 8- and 15-week university courses.

Teaching philosophy
“He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches. Those who make a meaningful difference do both.”
Wisdom-centered learning. Knowledge alone is not enough. The aim is the ability to apply knowledge thoughtfully as contexts change, and to keep learning long after the course ends.
Exploration over perfection. Learners try emerging tools first-hand and grow comfortable with uncertainty, taking small, continuous steps toward mastery: what Dr. Becker calls incremental formalization.
“Can we?” and “Should we?” Every technology, from AI to digital identity, comes with both questions. Technical skill without ethical judgment isn’t enough to lead.
A beginner’s mind. Good teaching starts with remaining a student: doing the work, then bringing it back to the room.
What learners say
Long after the course ends.
“Looking back, your class makes a lot more sense now than it did when I was sitting in it. You weren’t just teaching us LinkedIn or talking about technology for the sake of technology. You were preparing us to stay adaptable, keep learning, and build careers in a world that’s constantly changing.”
“Your lessons have given me the lens I need to separate truth from misinformation… Keep teaching and keep writing.”
“I had the pleasure of attending his training… and was impressed by his insightful and individual-centered perspective.”
