The AI Leadership Program

Most AI training teaches tools. I teach understanding and self-reliance.

A way of thinking, deciding, leading, creating and building with AI, for executives and students, anchored in The Relational Nexus™.

The thesis

Own your knowledge; rent the rest.

Today we rent intelligence (models), storage (cloud), networks and compute (data centers). The most important lasting asset we own is our knowledge.

The defining skill of the AI era is managing that knowledge: collecting it with intention, curating it, citing it, and putting it to work with whichever AI we rent. Knowledge lives in open formats the participant controls, so no tool can lock it in.

As more work becomes AI-assisted, being able to show which thinking was the AI’s and which was yours becomes a mark of credibility. Citation, notes in your own words and a record of what AI contributed are built in from day one.
